The right-click menu needs to be a combination of submenus with:
1. tool-bar items;
2. major-mode menu (currently on <C-down-mouse-3>);
3. buffer menu (currently on <C-down-mouse-1>);
4. face menu (currently on <C-down-mouse-2>);
5. appearance menu (currently on <S-down-mouse-1>);

Not a problem, just add a new customization option to disable
mouse-save-then-kill on mouse-3, and use the context menu instead.
