We can't do anything about this as a general issue.
We can change specific terms, at least in principle -- though
it can be a big hassle and doing it gently can take years.

So how about proposing, one at a time, a few changes.

The information encoded there is very useful, so providing it
clearly does "empower the user".

Of course, there are many possible ways to present that info.

Is there a specific change you would suggest, in how to present it?
And why would it be better?

We can easily change this.  However, a tooltip can't be very long.
