100% - one wants as many chars as possible, it fills up quickly.

Yes, that's right - to the trained eye, that line has
1 sentence, 12 words, and exactly 64 characters.

As you can imagine you would like much more than
that, optimally.

Especially if the function has long ARGUMENT names that
requires bulky terminology, references etc, to be explained.

And it doesn't matter how little is a little, why not just
give us as many chars as possibly that are still
safe-displayable without the need for side-scroll?

Masterminds of technology, science and engineering should
think what to say, now how to say it so it will fit in a small
place that many consider ungenerous, claustrophobic even?
