[Equinox-general] Extended WM support

Hi ya,

About Extended WM hints:
We need to make class like FLE_Window or something, since fltk
doesnt support NETWM hints and propably will not. And when you guys
make such apps like pager, panel, desktop, filemanager please take look
at NETWM spec. Why?? Cause it helps app to communicate with WM and
it's becoming standard in every "good" desktop environments, like GNOME,
KDE, FVWM... And im gonna support totally NETWM spec in windowmanager im
doing now.
