Hi,

After using the new form customisation again recently in v0.9.8b2 I'd like to 
suggest that the hidden="true" on attributes and editable="false" on relation 
legs be recognised when generating the default form erf file for an entity 
type.
As it is these attributes & relations legs that wouldn't normally be on the 
form have to be deleted from the .erf file before creating the .php file
