[FR-devel] ANNOUNCE: FXScintilla 1.46.1

I'm pleased to announce the release of FXScintilla 1.46.1.

FXScintilla is an implementation of the Scintilla source code editing
component [1] for the FOX GUI toolkit [2].

Changes since the previous release (1.46):
- moved the Win32 build process into a VC++ workspace
- libfxscintillanolexer has been made optional
- the lexers should now link properly
- a RPM spec file is provided (thanks to Laurent Julliard)
