[FR-devel] ANNOUNCE: FXScintilla 1.49

I'm pleased to announce the release of FXScintilla 1.49.

FXScintilla is an implementation of the Scintilla source code editing
component [1] for the FOX GUI toolkit [2].

Changes since the previous release (1.48):
- Upgraded to Scintilla 1.49
- The build process now uses autoconf 2.54 and automake 1.7
