[Fsfe-uk] EU Ruling on MS just announced

The EU has just announced that it is finding against MS on several 
anti-competition grounds incuding:

Server Software
Media Software (bundling of Media Player)

The full ruling wont be made for another few months (they stated it will 
be months NOT years) though.

It is likely that the ruling will require changes in the OS and may also 
include fines.

MS is being given a "last chance" to rectify matters.
