Until I know of an fsfe-cy or another more appropriate list, I've no 
problem with people posting in Welsh to this list, as it's -uk not 
-en. I know some readers can use it, but be aware that posts including 
English will be better understood so I'd err on the side of caution if 
told a message in Welsh is dodgy, too.

I'm more puzzled as to why the message was sent to fsfe-uk. As I 
wrote, I think I didn't understand it properly.
