The groups would be independent. So, you wouldn't be Manchester Libre
Planet. You'd be Manchester Free Software, and just be a Libre Planet
group, I think.
The FSF wouldn't have any control over the group, and the wiki - well,
nobody's going to stop you running your own wiki if you don't want to
use ours.
