[Fsuk-manchester] RHCE Certification in Manchester?

Quick question - I'm looking at acquiring a RedHat Certified Engineer
certification. My employer's paying, but I don't have a huge budget. I'm
happy to self-teach with CentOS (I'm already an experienced Debian
GNU/Linux admin) and just pay for the exam, but I'm not sure where in
Manchester I can do this. Any suggestions?

Also, do I have to get certified as an RHCSA before I get RHCE, or can I
go straight for RHCE?
