Hi,

This is the third beta version for 0.10.0. News for this version are:
* Add theme support for tools icons in GChemPaint. [#24382]
* Updated GChem3d, GChemCalc, and Gnome Crystal help files.
* More API documentation for libgchempaint.
* Updated translation: pl.

I now hope to have 0.10.0 final around the end of october. Still to do:
- finish API documentation for libgchempaint.
- update gchemtable help.
- write gspectrum help.
- fix a couple of remaining issues (or more if others are discovered).
