[Gchemutils-main] Modify config file to give options for which programs to compile and install?

Do all of the gchemutils programs require OpenGL?  Would it be possible to 
build some of them without OpenGL?

Is it possible to modify the config script to give options such as:

—with-gchempaint
—without-gcrystal

and so on?
