Cdda2wav should not be under "Waveform manipulation"; it merely rips CDs.
It should be under "Audio > CD Ripping".
Cdrdao should not be under "Audio > CD Ripping", since it actually
writes CD's. It should be under "Audio > CD Burning".
Cdparanoia should not be under "CD playing", it rips CDs. It should
be under "Audio > CD Ripping".
"Grip" should be under both categories "CD Ripping" and "CD Playing".
"Eject" should probably be under "CD Playing" rather than under "Misc".
There should also be a category for "Lossless Encoding" that should
contain the new program FLAC. It's the up-and-coming lossless encoder
for audio files.
FLAC: Free Lossless Audio Codec. LGPL library, GPL programs.
Home page: http://flac.sourceforge.net/index.html
You can get the rest of the info on FLAC from its home page.
