[Gnash] Dependency on libgtkglext

Hi, building Gnash CVS as is fails on my machine without libgtkglext
headers installed. The configure script doesn't appear to check for them
and the Debian packaging files don't have Build-Depends: entry for
libgtkglext1-dev. Installing that package allows Gnash to compile
successfully.
