No, I have no hard evidence as I don't have a windows box at all, but Nokia Data Suite promises Java uploads under windows and there isn't any special clause about the 3410 not being supported...
It's strange that Nokia are not releasing the specs of the phone protocols, they would not risk anything by doing so and their customers (well some of them anyway) would be happier...
Do you have some software running under windows that does this already?
I assume Nokia Data Suite (downloadable from http://forum.nokia.com) is able to do so...
