Hello,
I was trying to use my Motorola C350 with gnokii but I couldn't get it
working.. :-(
What should I set as port in /etc/gnokiirc ? I Have googled a bit and I read
about /dev/input/ttyACM0 but I lack that device. Anyway the ACM module is
compiled:
address@hidden fdr $ lsmod
Module Size Used by Not tainted
acm 6464 0 (unused)
[...]
Another strange thing is that when I plug the usb cord into the phone I get
the following on /var/log :
May 30 16:31:45 homer hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-2, assigned address 18
May 30 16:31:45 homer usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=18
(error=-110)
May 30 16:31:45 homer hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-2, assigned address 19
May 30 16:31:45 homer usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=19
(error=-110)
I am using gnokii version 0.5.10 and kernel 2.4.25 with gentoo patches:
address@hidden fdr $ uname -a
Linux homer 2.4.25-gentoo-r1 #1 Sun May 30 00:18:08 CEST 2004 i686 AMD
Duron(tm) Processor AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
Thanks in advance for your advice,
Francesco
