FBUS-frame question?

Subject: FBUS-frame question?

Can someone tell me what is the correct FBUS-frame to be sent
to a switched off mobile to ignite it? In my case it's a 6150.
Is there another way to enter PIN except "keypress frames" sending
as it does not work on all types of mobiles.
