What sorts of ports are common with Windows USB?

I'm working with "GNOKII Version 0.6.3" on Windows XP against a 6610
connected by a DKU-5.  I have
    model = 6610
I've tried
    port = :COM1
    port = :COM2
    port = :COM3
    port = :COM10
but all I see is 
    Couldn't open FBUS device: No error

What are good values to try for "port"?
