So, I changed my config to:

[global] 

port = /dev/ttyS0 
model = 6151 
initlength = default 
connection = dlr3p 
bindir = /usr/local/Gnokii/sbin/ 
use_locking = yes 
serial_baudrate = 19200 
smsc_timeout = 30 

[logging] 
debug = off

and BINGO !!! All of SMSs are transfering to mysql table :)
