Do Not click the link in those bill-augur emails.
It dumps code on you from a free as in beer site.

I'd hope there are people better at grabbing and isolating this than me on this list.

I strongly encourage everyone to ignore this horrendously blatant
spammer. It is undoubtedly the ridiculous, yet persistent troll who has
repeatedly uploaded his spam to the Arch Linux User Repository, gotten
the account and package deleted and purged from the servers, then tried
re-uploading it. As well as following the same dance of submitting bugs
on bug trackers such as both Arch Linux's and Parabola's bug tracker,
getting the bug reports and initiating reporter accounts deleted for
spam, then repeating ad nauseam.

It seems like now the troll in question has moved on to attempting to
smear the good name of members of the community by attempting
(unsuccessfully) to make them look like crazy people.

Hint: check for spoofed mail headers. Also, general reminder to people:
this is one of the reasons why habitually signing your emails is useful!

No, this is not something as innocent as an out-of-season April Fools
Joke. ;) This is someone with a really bizarre grudge, and no one knows why.

I strongly recommend the list moderator remove the email in question,
and other than that, to ignore this and any other emails in the same
vein (unless it's necessary to send an email to clarify the record, like
I am doing here), in order to prevent the feeding of trolls.
