I put up a patch called tristan_1_9.2 at:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html
which adds this to the engine. I won't add it to the CVS until
there's been time for people to comment.
I called the file engine/readconnect.c and renamed the
existing board function are_neighbor_strings() to
adjacent_strings() to get it to compile. I assume that
function has the right functionality.
- new file engine/readconnect.c
- new functions recursive_connect() and recursive_disconnect()
- are_neighbor_strings() renamed adjacent_strings()
