I suggest the following patch to gnugo.html, making the instruction what
to install and download a little more explicit (and moved them to the
top).

(I've changed the html version from 2.0 to 4.01, not because I've any
opinions about what is preferable but because that's what I happened to
have the specification. I think we weren't using 2.0 anyway. Also, I've
fixed all html bugs and check the modified page with validor.w3c.org.)
