Planning is where you have a goal and you want to find
a plan, i.e. a sequence of moves, for achieving the
goal.
Plan Recognition is where you have a (partial) plan,
i.e. the sequence of moves the opponent has made so
far, and you want to *discover* the goal of the plan.
