GNU Go 3.6 pre 2 linked from

It includes this patch of Nando's:

It also has some files that were left out of the
previous tarball, mostly in doc/.

It should compile fine on VC and OS/2 but since it
is really a GNU Go 3.6 release candidate, we'd appreciate
it if people would confirm this.
