[gnugo-devel] KGS tournament 8 Oct

I am working to get SlugGo ready for the 8 Oct KGS tournament, which  
will be on small boards.

As per the KGS rules, I am asking permission to enter the formal  
(9x9) division instead of GNU Go, and it was my intent to enter the  
open (13x13) division as well. SlugGo has new code that is used only  
on 9x9 boards, but is unchanged for 13x13 play.
