Getting more active developers

Hi all,

There are development tasks which I am not going to realize. My baby will be 
here in one or two weeks.  For example the "JavaScript should be independent 
of input mode ..."

I propose:

  1. Finish the tasks we can.

  2. After the release of emacs, contact with RMS.

  3. Fix anything RMS demand.

  4. Try to move the webapp hosting to the FSF.

  5. Announce again to get more active developers. I think
     the project needs it. David and me are not enough.
