German translator

Hi again Klaus,

Instead of attaching the German gettext PO file to this email I have committed 
it to CVS.

The file is:  locale/de_DE/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po

  cd webapp-root-directory
  cvs update -d


You could use 'poEdit' to make your work easier.
The main GNU/Linux distributions already package it:
  http://www.poedit.net/

poEdit is released under the MIT license


Warning: Anyway, not that such PO file is out of sync with the webapp, which 
is yet evolving. So you could translate some sentence which could change or 
even be deleted from the webapp.
