Horst has decreed that all developer's posts should go to
address@hidden from now on. The "old" developers list at
sourceforge is being phased out and reused as an "interested
parties" list.
I CC'ed you and posted my response to gnu.org. May I kindly
ask you to direct responses to gnu.org as well ? Thank you.
This will clear up confusion.
On to other things:

This made it into the ideas section of the word wheel code
under development.
A similar albeit less flexible effect can be achieved by
judicious use of match retrieval thresholds.
