Nope. I did. Reason being purely technical. The empty heading you put in was
_("") so I figured you wanted something there and just didn't know what
(because you i18n()ed the empty string). But the empty string is a special key 
in
i18n translation files and thus throws errors - or put in another way - will
always translate to translation file metadata. That's why I put in the
Welcome! message.

Yes ! I'd even suggest putting the name if the selected patient in the
header caption. One should always be able to learn the broad state of the GnuMed
instance when hovering over it's icon in the taskbar (which patient or
"login", whether locked or not or pending on a pipe).
