I think we will still need sort of a wrapper for accessing
black-box 3rd party databases. We ain't going to make them
export our API for us. We won't have source data available in
all cases.
This wrapper may mainly be a Python object accessing whatever
data we have ourselves but may be replaced with other objects
accessing other drug databases.
