[Gnumed-devel] sql revision tracking

I have added primitive provisions for tracking the SQL schema
revision used to set up a particular database. This should at
least enable us to debug things better if they go wrong at a
remote site. Potentially this could help in upgrading an
existing installation, too. Please have a look at

doc/TODO/devlopers-guide.txt
 and
server/sql/gmSchemaRevision.sql

and give your thoughts and ideas.
