The pages I have written require PHP version >= 4.1, plus PHP-Postgres bindings.
This is a configuration option: "--with-pgsql", or Debian package
"php4-pgsql" SSL support on Apache would also be useful.

I am happy to adminster this, in which case I would like to apply for an account
with create database privileges under postgresql.

BTW, what should this project be called? "Free Formulary" is the best I can 
come up
with.
