>From the log I notice that you'll have to add "richard" to
group gm-doctors and "_richard" to "_gm-doctors". "_richard"
will have to be created as an account (use the same property
values as on "richard"). For a way to do this look at
server/sql/gmTestAccounts.ql which will be imported by some
boostrap* config files such as localhost-monolithic.conf.sample.
The Manuals have short blurbs on such things.
