If I understand you correctly you'd like to code the _allergy_
itself ? Such that later one can do "show me all patients with
allergy 'x32.4'" where x32.4 encompasses things ranging from
"belt buckle allergy" to "Cr-Ni allergy" to "allergy to metal
jewellery", right ?
