[Gnumed-devel] SQL change

Small but need-to-know:

Broke views out of gmidentity.sql into gmIdentityViews.sql to
facilitate dropping/recreating them on live databases (as
there was a need for that while working on the document
archive: 500 MB database housing 350 objects in 270 documents
for 180 patients, so far running fine).

bootstrap*.conf CVS files updated to reflect that. Public
GnuMed database bootstrapped.

So, if you happen to use customized bootstrap*.conf files
please take a look whether you need to update your schema
definition lists.
