[Gnumed-devel] gmEditArea rewrite

Richard,

please take a look at client/wxpython/gmEditArea.py. I have
rewritten the edit area code to a hopefully cleaner interface.
The widget specific edit areas must now be classes inheriting from
gmEditArea which provides all the common code. The
individual edit areas only need to provide a _make_lines()
(and call __init__() of gmEditArea, of course). Allergies and
Family Hx have been converted, the classes are in the file.
The old code is still there, too, so non-converted edit areas
work, too. Please check if I missed something and convert some
more edit areas if time permits.
