To test this run

 python gmClinicalRecord.py

in client/business/ and supply the necessary parameters. If
you connect to the public database you should see two entries
listed. Use the GnuMed plugin "David's SOAP" to create more
items.

A first stab at an EMR listing inside GnuMed will a) improve
the layout somewhat and b) dump this onto a scrollable window
of which a) a notebook plugin will be made and b) which will
be added to the "David's SOAP" plugin so people can see old
entries while typing new ones.

Note that this is not restricted to clin_note. That's just the
only clinical table we can have data in at the moment.
