[Gnumed-devel] issue with health_issue

There is currently a bug pending regarding detection of
existing default health issues. It seems to cache the result
of "select id from clin_health_issue where
description='__default__'" across calls on the same
connection, which certainly isn't intended. Things work
normally since inserting a duplicate fails due to uniqueness
constraint which makes up for the first error but we need to
get this fixed. Tomorrow.
