The first two are easy to explain, as they are hard wired to files and databases
on developers machines (gmGuidelines actually points to /home/ian)
Probably time they were binned, they were only proof-of-concept anyway
(gmDrug code naturally should be recycled when the drugref.org API is working)

gmplNbPatientSelector should work, Richard can you post a log.
