Hilmar, do you think it possible to provide a
bootstrap-AMIS.conf file that can be run on top of
bootstrap-monolithic_core.conf + bootstrop-<ISO_code>.conf ?
It could setup AMIS as a separate database and register it in
the primary one...

When it "crashes" that'll be caught by the PluginLoad() code
and it *should* be reported in the progress bar. Other than
that I am not aware of a convention.
