The only problem that could be solved with a simple dump would be problems with
user creation and permission granting. Plus you will have to upload this dump
every time you change the server schema, which at this time still happens quite
frequently.
Wouldn't it make more sense to change the bootstrap script so that you can
create a database with only one user (which you will need in all cases) and with
all access rights set to "public" ?
On the other hand there is still Karsten's public database which should be more
or less up to date (although you can't have write access there).
