Integration would IMHO mean to let FreeB do the billing,
GnuCash do the general accounting and GnuMed interfacing with
them as needed. There'd be something like two buttons in
GnuMed: "process bill for this patient" which would talk to
FreeB and "show accounting for this patient" which would talk
to GnuCash. Also "show practice accounting" would go to a
higher level in GnuCash.
