Did manage to log on and could type and enter data, though didn't accept it
with the ok button.
What's meant to happen. Is there anyway I can get this functional on my local
machine with a local database so I can save, edit etc.
BTW. Please - the delete button is totally redundant and not how the editing
area is meant to operate. Changing these details along the way typically
dilutes the usablity of the program.
The editing area concept is that whatever is in these text boxes is either,
fresh data being entered - not yet part of the medical record. When accepted
with the ok button it drops to the list as it is saved to the database. The
clear button clears the contents (though they should be auto-cleared after
the ok is clicked).
Deletion DOES NOT take place via the editing area. As data appears on the
lists, highlighting a line and right clicking on an item should pop up the
menu for this list which will include a delete option, or the delete key
should work directly on the list if the item has focus.
Also changing the size of these buttons as you have done destroys alot of the
cosmetics, but I guess that is a minor detail which can be changed anytime.
I'm unclear as to how you are handing the target disease thing.
I'd really like to be able to play with this on my local machine. Are you at
the stage yet where you can popup the lists under the relevant text box? ie
vaccine lists etc?
Regards
Richard
