The bootstrap scripts now feature "nice mode"
If started with no arguments, a menu of possible configurations
is presented based on the *.conf files in the directory.
The script attempts both local and TCP/IP connection. Helpful and lengthy
error messages are dispensed on connection failure.
Packaging:
the only dependencies of this script from python-common are gmLog and gmCfg,
both pretty stable now.
I would consider just including them in the gnumed-server package.
