I wonder how we could fit the development policy in here. We might need to
revise it before posting but I think it shouldn't hurt to take another look.
Could some please locate the thread and repost. I can't find it in the
archives. There was a thread on CVS commiting rules.
If *we* get this done ( I am in on it, time permitting - studying for my final
exams) it is a big step forward.
