Jim,

you would have to find someone who writes an importer for your
data format. That would take you halfways there. I assume it
is PIT or HL7 ?  It doesn't need to be a full-fledged
verifying parser, a simple importer will do. The other kinks I
am sure we can work out through some dialog on-list.
