Dominique,

any chance you could read over those and distill them into
English requirements in the Wiki ? I don't think you'd have to
actually translate all those documents, just order by topic,
give the gist of what's different/important to Swiss
practitioners and attach the appropriate URLs (deep-linked,
perhaps ?) ...

The easiest way to go about this would probably be to start off
with that French mail itself as a WikiPage and translate right
in the page step by step adding in/rearranging where
necessary.
