so the ordering of orderings is different?
orderings are:
date/time of encounter
problem category
soap
action_category - diagnosis (provisional) and investigation,
treatment, followup, research
provider_actions (another way of categorizing) - elicit reason for
encounter, clinical examinations, requests and test ordering, reading
results, prescription
'classical example' is order by date, soap, problem, provider_actions
'problem oriented' is order by problem , date, provider_actions,
action_category, soap
'fractionated ; is order by problem, action_category, date,
provider_actions, soap
sounds more complicated than it should be.
