Well, wxPython(/Widgets ?) on the Mac is missing standard
functionality, eg. wxIcon.LoadFile() - not much we can do
about that apart from a) working around that by not
setting the icon if it fails and b) complaining to, well,
whomever is in charge of wxPython on the Mac.

Added a workaround. Can you please check gmBMIWidgets and
gmPregWidgets and add the workaround there, too ?
